The main idea of the project is to create a residential complex that can create a living and working environment based on sustainable architectural features. The design dominates the architectural activity of supplying space and, by becoming a location pattern, it creates spaces that bring the individual and collective sectors together. This unity is achieved by visual interactions of space, shape, and surface, and is complemented by their qualitative communication. On a larger scale, it also completes the individual and social life cycle in a constructive way by indirectly linking the urban green space.
Elevated yards at the level of each unit, in addition to enhancing the quality of user-experience space and improving the lighting and shading status, can enhance social communication. These spaces can also be a hatch from any unit in the sky and enhance vertical visual communication.
The ground floor, where commercial land uses are located, along with observing environmental and social quality indicators, will also provide economically viable opportunities to the residents of the complex. Therefore, by increasing the presence of people in the area due to the presence of different businesses, space security is increased and provides a vibrant environment for all age groups.
The Landscape of the Project referred to as the Rah-Bagh, can provide services to users in the neighboring area with its 42 acres of land allotted to it. This has attracted users from different parts of the complex and, in addition to enhancing the efficiency of the urban green space, provides a suitable environment for social events.
In the urban layer, Andishe Commercial-Residential Complex, by integrating its design, positively impacts the urban landscape of its interior layer and becomes a model that, besides using climate-friendly materials and with an integrated urban skyline prevents visual pollution caused by high-rise buildings.
